Answers to the questions that come in most often. If yours is not here, email us. The developer who built the app reads every message.

What do I get before paying?

The free download includes a fixed sampler spanning all six domains: 12 lessons, 12 original questions, 12 flashcards and 6 scenario activities, one per domain. The 70-entry glossary is open from the start. The one-time unlock adds the rest of the catalog, the 50-question timed practice and spaced repetition across the whole bank.

Which CCSP outline is this aligned to, and for how long?

It is aligned to the CCSP outline published by ISC2 that took effect on 1 August 2026, weighted 17/20/17/16/17/13 across the six domains. It was checked on 29 August 2026 and must be re-verified by 31 July 2027. From 1 August 2027 new purchases and current-alignment timed practice pause until reviewed replacement content ships; existing purchasers keep the full catalog labeled as archived, and the free sampler stays available.

Is the timed practice an official CCSP exam simulation?

No. It is an original study session of 50 questions in 75 minutes, drawn in the published domain proportions. The CCSP exam itself is 100 to 150 adaptive items delivered by computerized adaptive testing in 180 minutes, passing at 700 out of 1000. This app reproduces no official questions, produces no official score, and makes no prediction about readiness or a pass.

Are the scenario activities an official ISC2 exam format?

No. The 24 categorizing, ordering and matching activities are optional study drills written for this app. The CCSP exam is multiple choice, delivered adaptively.

Is it a subscription?

No. One non-consumable App Store purchase permanently unlocks the paid catalog, and the App Store shows the current localized price. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

There is no app account, sign-up, login or identifier of any kind. The bundled study content works offline. Loading the product, buying it and restoring it go through Apple's App Store services, and those need a connection.

I paid and the app still shows the paywall.

Open Settings inside the app and choose Restore Purchases while online. That asks the App Store to re-check the entitlement for the current Apple Account. If it stays locked, contact support with the app version, iOS version and the exact error message; never send an Apple Account password or full payment details.

What data leaves my device?

None. The app has no networking code, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party packages. Progress, bookmarks and notes are stored on the device with SwiftData and are never transmitted, and the App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.

Reporting a bug

Email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with your iOS version, your device model, and what you were doing when it happened. Attach a screenshot if you can. The app has no crash-reporting SDK. Apple passes on crash logs if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers; beyond that, the studio sees nothing you do not send.

Refunds

Apple processes every purchase, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. The studio cannot issue a refund itself.

Accessibility

The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. If you cannot read or reach something with assistive technology, report it as a bug. Name the screen and the setting you were using, and the studio will fix it.
