CISM support
Answers to the questions that come in most often. If yours is not here, email us. The developer who built the app reads every message.
What do I get before paying?
The free download includes a stable sampler spanning all four domains: 12 lessons, 12 original questions, 12 flashcards and 4 scenario activities. Before the outline transition, the one-time unlock adds the remaining current-outline catalog and the 50-question timed-practice mode.
Which CISM outline does this cover?
It covers the current four-domain 17/20/33/30 outline used for exams through 2 November 2026. ISACA says a replacement outline takes effect on 3 November 2026. This app does not claim coverage of an unpublished replacement topic map.
What happens after 2 November 2026?
New purchases and current-outline timed practice pause until separately reviewed replacement content ships. Existing purchasers retain the full, clearly labeled archived catalog, and the free sampler remains available.
Is timed practice an official CISM exam simulation?
No. It is an original 50-question, 75-minute blueprint-weighted study session. The real CISM exam has 150 multiple-choice questions and four hours; this app does not reproduce official questions, calculate an official score, or predict readiness.
Are the scenario activities an ISACA exam format?
No. The categorizing, ordering and matching activities are optional study drills created for this app. The current CISM exam uses multiple-choice questions.
Is it a subscription?
No. One non-consumable App Store purchase permanently unlocks the paid current-outline catalog. It is not a recurring subscription.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
There is no app account, sign-up or account-based sync. Bundled study content works offline; product loading, buying and restoring use Apple's App Store services and require a connection.
I paid and the app still shows the paywall.
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while online. If it remains locked, contact support with the app version, iOS version and exact error message; never send an Apple Account password or full payment details.
Reporting a bug
Email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with your iOS version, your device model, and what you were doing when it happened. Attach a screenshot if you can. The app has no crash-reporting SDK. Apple passes on crash logs if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers; beyond that, the studio sees nothing you do not send.
Refunds
Apple processes every purchase, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. The studio cannot issue a refund itself.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. If you cannot read or reach something with assistive technology, report it as a bug. Name the screen and the setting you were using, and the studio will fix it.
