What do I get before paying?
The free download includes 16 of 91 lessons, a fixed 10-question sampler from the 121-question bank, 30 of 100 flashcards, two of 20 PBQ-style activities, the 137-entry glossary and on-device study tools. The one-time unlock adds the remaining lessons, questions, cards and PBQ-style activities plus Timed Practice.
Is Timed Practice an official exam simulation?
No. It is an original 85-question, 165-minute multiple-choice study session weighted to the four CS0-004 domains. It reports a raw practice result, does not reproduce an official exam, and keeps the app's PBQ-style activities separate.
Is it a subscription?
No. One non-consumable App Store purchase unlocks the paid features. It is not a recurring subscription.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
There is no app account, sign-up, login or account-based sync. Bundled study content works offline; product loading, buying and restoring use Apple's App Store services and require a connection.
I paid and the app still shows the paywall.
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while online. If it remains locked, contact support with the app version, iOS version and exact error message; never send an Apple Account password or full payment details.
Does this replace official CompTIA material?
No. It is an independent study companion for use alongside the published objectives and hands-on practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CompTIA.
Reporting a bug
Email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with your iOS version, your device model, and what you were doing when it happened. Attach a screenshot if you can. The app has no crash-reporting SDK. Apple passes on crash logs if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers; beyond that, the studio sees nothing you do not send.
Refunds
Apple processes every purchase, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. The studio cannot issue a refund itself.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. If you cannot read or reach something with assistive technology, report it as a bug. Name the screen and the setting you were using, and the studio will fix it.
