About Cloud Practitioner
CLF-C02 weights Cloud Concepts at 24%, Security and Compliance at 30%, Cloud Technology and Services at 34%, and Billing, Pricing and Support at 12%. The exam is 65 questions in 90 minutes.
It is a foundational exam: you need to know what each service is for, not how to configure it. Questions stay at the level of choosing between services and reading the responsibility boundary, which is where the exam puts its marks.
What you get
Complete published outline
Study 70 lessons mapped to all 35 published topic headings in the current 24/30/34/12 CLF-C02 outline.
What each service is for
Train what each service is for and where the responsibility line sits between what AWS runs and what you run. This is a foundational exam, so questions do not ask how to configure a service.
Original practice
Work through 175 original multiple-choice questions with worked explanations, 105 flashcards, 70 glossary entries and 16 optional scenario activities. A timed study session draws 40 questions in 55 minutes in the same domain proportions.
Re-verification deadline
The catalog was verified against the published CLF-C02 outline on 29 August 2026 and must be re-verified by 31 July 2027. After that date, new purchases and current-alignment timed practice pause until reviewed replacement content ships.
Core study works offline
The whole catalog ships inside the app and works with no signal. Loading, buying and restoring the App Store unlock require a connection.
One-time unlock
A single non-consumable App Store purchase opens the rest of the catalog and the timed practice. Nothing renews, and existing purchasers keep the catalog, labeled as archived, after the re-verification date.
- Works offlineCore content and features remain available without a signal after any required download or purchase.
- No online accountNo sign-up, login, cloud account or account-based sync.
- One-time unlockA single non-consumable purchase, not a recurring subscription.
Common questions
What do I get before paying?
The free download includes a fixed sampler spanning all four domains: 12 lessons, 12 original questions, 12 flashcards and 4 scenario activities, one in each domain. The 70-entry glossary, progress by domain, bookmarks and search are open to everyone. The one-time unlock adds the remaining lessons, questions, flashcards and scenario activities, plus the timed practice.
Which exam outline does this cover?
It covers the CLF-C02 outline published by AWS, weighted 24/30/34/12. The catalog was verified against that outline on 29 August 2026 and must be re-verified by 31 July 2027, a review deadline set by this app, not an AWS announcement. After that date, new purchases and current-alignment timed practice pause until reviewed replacement content ships. Existing purchasers keep the catalog, labeled as archived, and the free sampler stays available.
Is the timed practice an official exam simulation?
No. It is an original study session of 40 questions in 55 minutes, drawn in the published 24/30/34/12 proportions. The official CLF-C02 exam is 65 questions, of which 50 are scored and 15 are unscored, and it passes at 700 on a 100-1000 scale. This app does not reproduce official questions, report an official score, or predict readiness.
Are the scenario activities an official AWS exam format?
No. The categorizing, ordering and matching activities are optional drills written for this app, and the CLF-C02 exam uses multiple-choice questions. This is an independent study aid, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AWS, and it contains no official AWS questions or courseware. AWS and Amazon Web Services are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Is it a subscription?
No. The unlock is a single non-consumable App Store purchase, and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. The App Store shows your local price.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
There is no app account, sign-up, login or identifier of any kind. The bundled study content works offline; Apple's App Store services are used only to load the product, buy it and restore it, and those actions need a connection.
I paid and the app still shows the paywall.
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while online. It reports both a success and a no-purchase result. If it stays locked, contact support with the app version, iOS version and the exact error message; never send an Apple Account password or full payment details.
What data leaves my device?
None. The app contains no network code, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party packages. Progress, bookmarks and notes are stored on the device with SwiftData and are never transmitted, and the App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.
