Answers to the questions that come in most often. If yours is not here, email us. The developer who built the app reads every message.
What do I get before paying?
The free download includes a fixed sampler spanning all four domains: 12 lessons, 12 original questions, 12 flashcards and 4 scenario activities, one in each domain. The 70-entry glossary, progress by domain, bookmarks and search are open to everyone. The one-time unlock adds the remaining lessons, questions, flashcards and scenario activities, plus the timed practice.
Which exam outline does this cover?
It covers the CLF-C02 outline published by AWS, weighted 24/30/34/12. The catalog was verified against that outline on 29 August 2026 and must be re-verified by 31 July 2027, a review deadline set by this app, not an AWS announcement. After that date, new purchases and current-alignment timed practice pause until reviewed replacement content ships. Existing purchasers keep the catalog, labeled as archived, and the free sampler stays available.
Is the timed practice an official exam simulation?
No. It is an original study session of 40 questions in 55 minutes, drawn in the published 24/30/34/12 proportions. The official CLF-C02 exam is 65 questions, of which 50 are scored and 15 are unscored, and it passes at 700 on a 100-1000 scale. This app does not reproduce official questions, report an official score, or predict readiness.
Are the scenario activities an official AWS exam format?
No. The categorizing, ordering and matching activities are optional drills written for this app, and the CLF-C02 exam uses multiple-choice questions. This is an independent study aid, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AWS, and it contains no official AWS questions or courseware. AWS and Amazon Web Services are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Is it a subscription?
No. The unlock is a single non-consumable App Store purchase, and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. The App Store shows your local price.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
There is no app account, sign-up, login or identifier of any kind. The bundled study content works offline; Apple's App Store services are used only to load the product, buy it and restore it, and those actions need a connection.
I paid and the app still shows the paywall.
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while online. It reports both a success and a no-purchase result. If it stays locked, contact support with the app version, iOS version and the exact error message; never send an Apple Account password or full payment details.
What data leaves my device?
None. The app contains no network code, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party packages. Progress, bookmarks and notes are stored on the device with SwiftData and are never transmitted, and the App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.
Reporting a bug
Email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with your iOS version, your device model, and what you were doing when it happened. Attach a screenshot if you can. The app has no crash-reporting SDK. Apple passes on crash logs if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers; beyond that, the studio sees nothing you do not send.
Refunds
Apple processes every purchase, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. The studio cannot issue a refund itself.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. If you cannot read or reach something with assistive technology, report it as a bug. Name the screen and the setting you were using, and the studio will fix it.
