No. Roomprint helps you organize your own observations and files. It does not verify that an entry is true, provide a trusted third-party timestamp, give legal advice, determine admissibility or guarantee how a landlord, insurer, mediator or court will evaluate a report.

Camera captures and photo-library imports are labeled separately. For a camera capture, Roomprint stores a normalized, unannotated JPEG and a separate annotated display copy; neither is a raw sensor file. For a library import, it retains the source bytes returned by Photos and reports a source capture time only when readable file metadata supplies one. Optional app-applied location is requested only for a new camera capture and records the fix time and accuracy when available. A user-entered property address is a label, not independent verification.

Roomprint does not send rental records to a developer-operated account, sync, analytics or evidence server. Active records remain in the app's local container unless you choose to export or share them. On iPhone and iPad, Apple services can use the network for product information, purchases, restores and rating or review interactions; on Android, Google Play can use the network for product information, purchases and restores. A file or photo provider you choose can retrieve selected content.

It is a portable user-created .roomprint package containing structured property and report data plus included media. Before import, Roomprint validates paths, identifiers, byte counts and SHA-256 fingerprints; a valid import adds only properties not already present and never overwrites an existing property. The archive is not encrypted by Roomprint, so anyone who can open it may be able to read addresses, contact details, notes, locations, documents and signatures. Store and share it carefully.

The free app covers the core tenant walkthrough and PDF report. The one-time Pro purchase adds move-in versus move-out comparison, up-to-30-second room video with sound, landlord and witness signature roles, the document vault, optional App Lock, and validated full-archive export and import. Apple devices show Apple's price and Android devices show Google Play's price before purchase.

Use Roomprint's property, report, media and document controls to remove active records you no longer need. Exported PDFs, .roomprint archives and device backups are separate copies and are not removed by an in-app deletion. Before changing devices, create a Roomprint archive, store it safely, and verify the archive on the destination before erasing the old device. Restore the purchase through the applicable store if needed.
