Studio Privacy Roomprint

Roomprint privacy policy

Roomprint keeps rental records and media on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. It has no developer-operated account, evidence server, analytics, advertising or tracking SDK.

What the studio collects

Roomprint does not send property addresses, contact details, reports, notes, conditions, photos, videos, documents, signatures or locations to Stack Trace Studios. The studio has no Roomprint user database and cannot access on-device records. If you choose to email support, the studio receives the email address, message and attachments you send. Visiting this policy also gives the website host the ordinary request data needed to deliver and secure the page.

What stays on your device

Roomprint stores property labels and addresses; landlord, tenant and witness details; report structure and conditions; notes; photo provenance, timestamps, optional location and file hashes; photos; walkthrough video and captured audio; documents; signatures; and app preferences locally on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. A photo-library import preserves the source bytes returned by the system picker, so embedded metadata, including GPS, can remain in the selected file even when Roomprint's optional app-applied camera location is off. On Apple devices, local app data may be included in an encrypted device or iCloud backup according to your Apple backup settings. This Android release disables backup and device transfer. In-app deletion removes the selected active record and its associated local media; deleting the app removes its active container. A separate device backup, exported PDF or .roomprint archive can retain another copy until you delete it.

Network and system services

Core report creation does not require a developer-operated server. StoreKit on Apple devices and Google Play on Android can contact their respective store to load product information and to purchase, verify or restore Pro. App Lock asks the operating system to authenticate the device owner; Roomprint does not receive or store Face ID, Touch ID, passcode or biometric-template data. A system photo, document or file picker can ask iCloud, Google services or another provider you select to retrieve an item you choose. Exporting or sharing a PDF or .roomprint archive sends that file only to the provider, service or person you choose. Support, privacy, refund and store links open external services only when you choose them.

Third parties

The app embeds no advertising, analytics, attribution or third-party crash-reporting SDK. Apple and Google process store transactions under their own terms and may provide platform diagnostics according to your device settings. A photo, file or sharing provider you choose processes the item you ask it to retrieve or receive. Cloudflare delivers this website, and Google processes email sent to the published support address. Stack Trace Studios does not sell or use Roomprint data for advertising or tracking.

Children

Roomprint is not directed to children under 13. It does not create accounts or collect rental records through a developer-operated service.

Your rights

You control active Roomprint records through the app's property, report and media deletion controls, by deleting the app, and through any archives you create. Stack Trace Studios cannot access, correct or export records stored only on your device. Exported PDFs and archives are separate copies under the control of their recipients and storage providers. For a support email or other information you voluntarily send to the studio, you may ask what is still held or request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is published here with a new date. Material changes that affect what is collected will also be noted in the app's release notes.
