About Puerto Rico
Unredacted: Puerto Rico is a four-year history course, 100 lessons across 20 courses, that starts with the first communities of Borikén and follows the island through Taíno society, Spanish rule, slavery and emancipation, the U.S. takeover of 1898, Operation Bootstrap and the Great Migration, the fight over Vieques, the debt and PROMESA, and Hurricane María.
The 20 courses run in chronological order across four years. Each lesson names the setting, the people and institutions involved, what changed, and why it mattered, and each carries its own sources: a primary document and further reading. The app also holds 66 biographical profiles, a 490-term glossary, 20 review quizzes with spaced repetition, and 18 documented case files. How much is free?
The first ten lessons. One $9.99 purchase unlocks the remaining 90 lessons, the source notes and the review material permanently. There is no subscription.
Does it need an internet connection?
The lessons and review material are bundled for offline study. The store needs a network connection to load product information, complete a purchase or restore one.
Is this an accredited course?
No. It is a self-study history course written at the level of a university survey sequence. It does not award academic credit.
How do I restore my purchase?
