Fractured: US has no account and no analytics. It contacts the network only to perform the job you asked it to do, and the studio does not receive a copy of your data.

What the studio collects
Nothing. Stack Trace Studios LLC operates no server for this app, holds no user database, and has no way to identify you. There is no sign-up, no login, no email capture and no device identifier sent anywhere.
What stays on your device
Everything you create in the app — progress, settings, notes, bookmarks, logs and any content you enter — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. It is covered by your device's own encryption and is included in an encrypted iPhone or iCloud device backup if you use one. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Network
The app makes network requests only where its core function requires them. It contains no third-party analytics, attribution or advertising SDKs, so no behavioural data is collected or sold. In-app purchases and restores are handled by the App Store inside Apple's systems.
Third parties
The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no attribution SDK and no crash-reporting SDK. No data is shared with, sold to, or brokered through any third party. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing running.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data (under the GDPR, the CCPA or any comparable law) apply to data a company holds about you. The studio holds none. Your own copy is on your device and under your control: you can view it in the app, and deleting the app erases it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published here with a new date. Material changes that affect what is collected will also be noted in the app's release notes.
