Fractured: US support
Answers to the questions that come in most often. If yours is not here, email us. The developer who built the app reads every message.
Is Fractured: US a prediction?
No. It is an analytical index built from public indicators and an explicitly documented model. The score and illustrative four-year probability are research and awareness tools, not a forecast, warning or advice.
How does the data update?
The app periodically downloads a small, versioned public JSON snapshot generated from the cited sources. It validates the response before adopting it and keeps the last valid or bundled snapshot if a download or validation fails. Check the displayed as-of date before relying on a chart.
Does the app collect personal data?
There is no Fractured: US account, analytics SDK, advertising SDK or tracking profile. Fetching the public snapshot gives its hosting provider the ordinary request data needed to deliver it; the app does not upload your settings, tip history or user-created content.
Is there a subscription or paid unlock?
No. The entire app is free. Optional consumable tips are processed by the store on your device, unlock no feature and do not create a subscription. The store shows its current localized price before any tip.
Why does the snapshot look old?
Updates are normally weekly, not real time. Confirm that the device is online, reopen the app and check the as-of date. A failed request never replaces the last validated snapshot with partial or malformed data.
Reporting a bug
Email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when it happened. Attach a screenshot if you can. The app has no crash-reporting SDK. Apple passes on crash logs from iPhone and iPad users who share diagnostics with developers, and Google Play passes on crash reports from Android users who share usage and diagnostics data. Beyond that, the studio sees nothing you do not send.
Refunds
On iPhone and iPad, Apple processes the purchase and handles any refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. The studio cannot issue an App Store refund. On Android, Google Play processes the purchase and handles any refund. Within 48 hours of buying it you can request a refund from Google Play. After that, email the studio with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
Accessibility
On iPhone and iPad, the app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. On Android, the app follows the system font size and display size settings, and TalkBack reads its screens. If you cannot read or reach something with assistive technology, report it as a bug. Name the screen and the setting you were using, and the studio will fix it.
